Baby Naming Ceremony:  This is for that special occasion when you want a Special ceremony without the legalities, engaging family and friends to welcome your newborn and publicly declare his/her name.   A custom service to exclaim and share your love and commitment to your Son/Daughter.  It includes access to background music, pledges/vows, a commemorative certificate and your commitment ceremony.  **Please see travel surcharge reference.  GST extra** 

Wedding Delays:  Contrary to Hollywood movie hype, the vast majority of weddings do indeed start on time.  This is very important due to the scheduling of multiple weddings throughout most days.  While every effort will be made to accommodate delays resulting from truly unexpected emergencies, such can only be on a best effort basis.  If they can be accommodated, weddings starting between 20 and 40 minutes past the scheduled start time will be subject to a wait fee of $60.00 to be paid prior to the start of the ceremony.  CustomVows do offer a wedding delay policy, which will ensure the availability of your CustomVows Officiant  to conduct your wedding anytime within a 60 minute window past the originally scheduled start time of your wedding.  This option is ONLY available at the time of the original booking of your wedding.

Witnesses:   If you would like me to provide a witness or witnesses over the age of 18 to fulfill the legal requirements of your wedding, I can do so.

Rush registration:  For those instances when you require the registration of your marriage to occur faster than the typical process time, I can expedite on your behalf.

Wedding Canopy:  Outside weddings can be beautiful.  Unfortunately, they can also be sweltering or wet!  We are now pleased to offer the use of a 10 foot by 10 foot canopy under which the outdoor ceremony can be performed, reasonably sheltered from the elements.  The fee includes delivery, set-up and tear-down for the wedding.

Bubble Experience:  What better pictures and memories than leaving your wedding ceremony amidst a halo of matrimonial bubbles.  Their perfect symmetry, rainbow of light and lighter than air nature lifting spirits and well wishes to the skies, with them not only your special wishes and dreams, but those of your guests for you on your wedding day. A wonderful, environmentally friendly special end to your ceremony, this photographers delight will put smiles on your faces and those of your guests young and old alike. And when you provide your guests with small personal containers to blow their own wishes for you, magic happens!  (* Includes 24 personal bubble containers and the use of two bubble making machines, with batteries and liquid for the wedding ceremony.)  Additional boxes of 24 individual containers to be given to your guests are available for a cost of $15.00 per box.)

Wedding Planning Meeting:  While Hollywood suggest that there is a standard wedding ceremony, in fact options available to our Bride and Groom are many - as are the multitude of logistical items to be considered.  To assist you in establishing a framework for your wedding and answer many questions that you may have, we now offer a 1 hour planning session.**Please see travel surcharge reference**

Travel Surcharge:    A travel/fuel surcharge will typically apply.  Regrettably, we are now in a position of generally having to levy a flat rate parking fee of $10.00 for weddings held in Edmonton's downtown core or University area.  For those areas or times where parking fees are reduced, this parking surcharge will be waived.

Email:  To aid in managing your wedding correspondence, we are pleased to now be able to offer a custom alias email account.  Using an email that is directly related to your wedding helps communicate the excitement and uniqueness of your day, The way this works is that you will be given a personal email address of your choosing, for example, BrideandGroom@customvows.ca which would be immediately redirected to whichever existing email account you prefer.  Use the hotlink address above to request further information.

Reprints:  Sometimes, despite best efforts, the unexpected happens and your wedding certificate and or copy of your wedding ceremony is damaged.  We are now pleased to be able to offer an exchange program for those services prepared and conducted by CustomVows.  Simply advise us of the mishap and bring in your damaged originals for a new replacement.

Specialized Services: If your wedding needs that "extra something" that is outside of the norm, it is likely I can facilitate it for you.  In such case, we need to talk about the logistics and costs - if any!  These costs would all be agreed upon prior to being incurred.
